چکیده
ABSTRACT Feed additives, such as β-glucans, nucleotides, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and α-tocopherol E) can improve fish immunity contribute to enhanced zootechnical performance of the fish. This study aimed evaluate effect different concentrations vitamin- mineral premix with or without inclusion an immunostimulant boost (β-glucans, nucleotides vitamins C on performance, hemato-immunological parameters, histological changes, survival Nile tilapia juveniles. To this end, isocaloric isoproteic diets were prepared three vitamin-mineral (1.0, 1.5, 2.0 kg ton-1); additionally, effects 4% in diet examined considering six (without boost: 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.1% I, 0.15% 0.2% I). We used 24 experimental units, each including 15 juveniles (1.88 g±0.25) fed for 50 d supplemented diets. Further, indexes; changes liver, spleen, intestine; intestinal morphology; parameters evaluated. The that received supplementation showed higher values, compared those did not receive reinforcement. Weight gain (30.45g±3.06), daily weight (0.60g±0.06), final (32.41g±3.15) feed conversion (0.95±0.06) concentration 0.2%. Hematological affected by either pre-mix booster immunostimulant. There was increase number folds, length fold, total area goblet cells group Supplementation promoted growth improved morphology immunological

The opposing effect of ascorbic acid against ochratoxin induced perturbations in some haematological and biochemical parameters in Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) was investigated. This study was carried out to evaluate the ability of a minimum level (500 mg/ kg diet) of vitamin C to counteract the toxicity of two levels of ochratoxin (400 and 600 μg/ kg diet). Nile tilapia (5060 g/ fish) ...

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of mineral and vitamin premix on performance and egg traits of laying hens from 37 to 49 weeks of age. Two hundred and forty laying hens (Hy-Line W-36 strain) were randomly assigned to 5 dietary treatments of four replicates each with 12 hens per replicate). The levels of mineral and vitamin premixes in the experiment were ...
